Viansa '21 Sonoma Valley Altura Cabernet Sauvignon

This is a beautiful example of an elegant and lifted Cabernet Sauvignon. Notes of juicy black cherry, cinnamon, tobacco, and hints of dark caramel jump from the glass. The flavors mirror the nose, with added notes of licorice and sweet oak with a richness on the entry and long finish. Pair this Cabernet Sauvignon with al pastor tacos or braised short ribs.
