Viansa '22 Sonoma County Terra Cabernet Sauvignon

The fruit for this wine comes from Norris Vineyard in the Chalk Hill AVA. A beautiful bright Cabernet Sauvignon nose jumps out of the glass with notes of blackberries, dried figs, violets, and sage. The fruit carries the palate with notes of Bing Cherries and dried cranberry finishing with flavors of sweet oak, minerality, and dusty natural wood. Try this bright Cabernet Sauvignon with beef bourguignon or a burger with grilled onions and butcher cut bacon
