Made in the Italian Charmat Process (Metodo Italiano) style, where the wine undergoes secondary fermentation in a pressurized tanks, this Prosecco shows a light and fruity side. Aromatics and flavors of bosc pear, lime, talc, and hay jump out of the glass. The palate shows a hint of sweetness balanced with a savory acidity and freshness. Enjoy this sparkling wine artichoke bruschetta or a simple pesto pasta.
Imported from Italy and made in the Italian Charmat Process style where the base wine is combined with the liqueur de triage in a pressurized stainless steel tank and fermented for six weeks. This method produces a fruit forward earlier drinking sparkling wine.
